your shipping confirmation e-mail will be your final invoice.
For those of you who place telephone, fax or phone orders, if we have an email address for you, your invoice will be emailed to you as a pdf. file after we process your credit card.

It will be out of date as soon as it is printed. Prices changes will be made to the pdf catalog as they happen and the date will change on the cover so you will know if you have the latest version or not.

Catalog Information - Welcome to The Country Seat's on-line catalog. If you have questions on using the new catalog, please see our Ordering Instruction Page for more information or see below.
You may place an order without registering, but if you order as a "guest", your information will not be retained for future orders, nor will you be able to view past orders. If you want your information and order history saved, please register when placing your first order.
This catalog has many great features, including a visible running total of the number of items in your shopping cart and the dollar amount. Just enter the number of the items you wish to order in the Quantity Box and click the ADD TO CART button. It will total your items and allow you to keep shopping with no interruption.
E-Mail Communication - Please make sure that the email addresses we use to communicate with you - email@example.com (for order corrections/changes) and firstname.lastname@example.org (for general information and weaving questions) are not being trapped in your spam filters. If you have a question/addition/problem with an order, please use the email@example.com address so your e-mail will be seen right away.

We never increase our prices unless a manufacturer increases our purchase cost. Due to rising manufacturing costs in the US and overseas, prices on some items are increasing without any notice. We often do not find out until we reorder a product. Unfortunately, we can not always absorb the increases. Please watch the newsletters and on-line catalog for any price increases.

Using the Search Box
Use the links in the left column or the "Search the Catalog" box to find an item you wish to purchase. Using " " around words in the box will narrow the search responses. Searching on How to Make Baskets, will generate over 1000 items, but if you search on "How to Make Baskets" you will get only about 12 items.
PLEASE NOTE: Your shipping charges are the ACTUAL shipping fees that UPS or the US Mail charges us.
We ship via UPS or US Mail, whichever is best.
We box and weigh your order, determine which of the 2 carriers' fees will be less expensive and the actual shipping fees are added to your merchandise total, the credit card is charged and your package is shipped.
We do not add any packaging or handling fees. HOWEVER, charges can vary greatly depending upon the weight of the items ordered and your location. Email us at email@example.com for an estimate before shipping if this is a concern. Please advise us on your order if a particular method of shipping is preferred.
At this time, a confirmation email is sent to you showing the amount of your credit card charge including shipping.
In order to charge only the actual shipping fees, we are unable to show a shipping amount in the checkout section.
If you would like to know your shipping charges BEFORE your package is charged and shipped, please tell us this in the comment section during checkout and we will e-mail the shipping charge total to you and HOLD your order until you reply. If you do not receive an e-mail from us with-in 24 business hours, please check your spam/trash e-mail folder. We will send your shipping charges promptly, but unless our e-mail addresses are in your address book, your computer may reject our e-mail.
Please remember that you will always be sent an e-mail with your merchandise total, shipping fees and any applicable taxes after your order has been processed.
Merchandise returned (other than books and patterns) purchased with a Discover, Master Card or Visa will have their card credited for the cost of the returned merchandise.
American Express purchases will receive a credit on file towards your next order. If you desire a refund to your American Express, a fee equal to 10% of the merchandise cost will be charged to cover the cost that American Express is charging us for returns.
